Prices are for a minimum stay of 3 days.
For each additional person we calculate a supplement of 10,00 - 15,00 € per day.

For your four-legged family members we charge 10,00 - 20,00 € per day (food is not included)
Please bring your own basket or blanket for your pet.
Out of consideration for our guests, pets are allowed only after arrangement!

From the 01/01/2016 the tourist tax is added to the basic price. The charge will be 2,50 € per person and day (starting from the age of 14) and has to be paid right away on the farm. A part of local tax will be invested in the mobility. Free Mobilcard Seiser Alm Live for all our guests. With this mobilcard you can use all public transportation of South Tyrol for free.

Breakfast

Start the day with a rich and healthy farm breakfast and our particularly tasty and fresh farm products:
milk, yogurt, homemade bread, eggs, cake or apple strudel, apple juice, elderberry juice, currant juice, assorted jams (raspberry, apricot, currant, plum) seasonal fruit.
Other products include bacon, sausage, cheese, honey, butter, bread, coffee, tea, cocoa and for breakfast cereals: oats, spelled, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds, buckwheat, sesame ...

Please note that the apartments are available from 2 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 10 am on the day of departure.

The deposit is non refundable in case of cancellation. In case of early departure, the undrawn days will be charged.

Cancellation requirements

General cancellation requirements

• Cancellation not later than 3 months before arrival: the deposit will be changed to a voucher for a next stay – valid 2 years
• Cancellation not later than 2 months before arrival: 100% of the deposit will be charged
• Cancellation not later than 1 month before arrival: 50% of the total price of the reservation and the deposit will be charged
• Cancellation of less than 1 month before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the total price of the reservation (deposit included) will be charged

The cancellation must be made in writing and must be received by the farmhouse no later than the above date.
In the case that the guest arrives late or departs early, they are liable to pay the price for the actual stay and also the price for the days not stayed.
We recommend taking out a travel cancellation insurance.
